Q.01Is it really free?
Yes. Listing and receiving requests is free during our launch. If we ever introduce paid options, we’ll explain them clearly first, and you can decide whether they’re worth it.
Q.02How many requests will I get?
Honestly, we’re new, so it’ll start slowly and grow as more people use TradeFlex. We’d rather send you a few good jobs than a flood of tyre-kickers.
Q.03Do you check businesses?
We speak to every business before listing it and confirm contact details, trades and areas. Where a trade needs registration, we may ask to see it.
Q.04Can I choose which jobs to take?
Of course. If a request isn’t for you, just let us know so we can pass it to someone else.
